  1. as far as i know the renault engines have'nt changed that much over the years,a good chassis or car is still needed and the renaults and red bulls were not that good.what i have heard anyways, but the merc's are awesome engines with very good reliability,is interesting to see why the brawns were really good at beginning of year and the mclarens were nowhere as were ferrari, just proves aero plays a big part imo anyways

    cheers

  2. What I can't believe is Ferrari just bringing in old drivers, Badoer, Fisi. These drivers are not the way ahead for the team. They are only bringing them in because they are Italian (or near enough). They tested three young drivers at the end of last season, all three of them were faster than Badoer on the Ferrari test track, why not ring one of these fellas up? Probably a damn sight cheaper too. Then again Ferrari have never had a driver development system, they just buy drivers.

he's being brought in as ferrari and massa are allowing him time to recuperate from his injury's to go full on for 2010(massa that is)

fisi is also the reserve and test driver for next year, ferrari has always valued loyalty and thats why luca was given another race to prove himself, unfortunately for him it has'nt worked out, there is nothing majorly wrong with the car and kimi's win last time out proves it

    just my 2 cents worth

  3. crikeys as the great man would say

that is absolutely s..t house matee, contact toyota for sure,i can definitely see a difference between the boot and rear quarter panel and why is the edge of the boot so damn rough, bodgy bodgy, call toyota and send them the pics.

  4. if you want to maintain yr optimum grip etc i would definitely change the shocks, the handling is a lot better than standard shocks, when i had the special lowered shocks they were basically a cut down and modified 4x4 shock and i was very sceptical they would make a difference but they did, given time the standard shocks i would think would fail earlier than normal due to the restricted movement of the piston(shaft etc)

    anyways-just my opinion

    cheers

  5. sounds good to me-i am in murray bridge, how bout a meet in mt barker and a cruise to victor

That sounds pretty good to me, however unfortunately this coming weekend isn't any good for me anymore =( Maybe Sunday 6th September?

gday, sounds good, let me know later next week and well see what we can do

    cheers

  6. gday-just my 2 cents worth

if you are going to lower the car by any more than 1 inch you should always change the shocks to suit, this is mainly because the shock doesnt work the way it was designed and the oil and or gas gets hot and doesnt do the job it was designed to do,this is what i was told anyways.

i had a falcon yrs ago that was lowered when i bought it with standard shocks and they were just terrible under heavy cornering etc, didnt stick to the ground well etc, when replaced with shocks designed for lowered vehicle the difference was incredible, they stuck like s..t to a blanket.

    just my opinion

    cheers

  8. gday all

    Age 36

    Status married with 2 kids

Reasons for buying needed a new family car with good fuel economy and power, looked at the falcons and wasnt too impressed with their servicing charges as toyota has a fixed rate, the missus uses the car everyday for work that needed to be comfortable and economical as she does around 100km's a day.before we bought we looked at the opposition and all up the aurion was a much better proposition with resale values etc.

Also wanted blue but toyota has ceased production of that colour for now too, ended up with tungsten which we both like more anyways

    Cheers corey
