When you buying that ferrari?
-
Sorry I'm a bit skeptical on all these cooling panel things.
How many degrees would these cooling panels cool the engine by?
Is it simply redirecting head wind from the front of the car to specific parts of the engine right?
-
Does the S12 come with a silencer? (I remember reading somewhere that it does)
Yes the S12 comes with a silencer.

Andrew I'm interested in the below X force muffler MP02 do you reccon you can PM me a price from your guy as part of the GB.
Nothing wrong with the twinloop just experimenting with other options.
-
down to an '04 sportivo with 44k km's on it for $19k, sound fair?
Not bad price do you know if it is a facelift or prefacelift?
Facelift happened late 2004 I believe.
-
Congrats mate.
Dont be shy with the camera.
-
Hey Mate,
It will fit but I would suggest purchasing it off ebay and target those sellers that have paypal protection. And pay via paypal.
If you deal directly with a supplier from the US there is not much you can do when the goods get lost or doesn't get delivered.
Trust me I had alot of dramas with my purchase but lucky it was through ebay and paypal, I was able to get compensated.
Cheers,
Garry

Thats a very good price Andrew.
Good find either way
-
For $20-25 dollars more you can get an X force muffler.

Sorry dude just not my cup of tea.
Looks cleaner and better without it.
-
who here has an s12??
XploShun has a S12 on his 1zz
Mic put a sound clip up mate.
-
Thats who I got my intake from.
And yes it should fit.
-
when you say a face lift sportivo, is the model with the fog lights a bit more prominent with the black around the edges and stuff? i do like the look of those, but could be a little out of my price range
Below is a facelift Sportivo. Mariox's to be exact.
Anything that looks different to the below is a prefacelift.
The grill on a Facelift Rolla cannot be changed easily but prefacelift models there a quite a few different aftermarket grills.
-
Hey guys i got my S10 fitted on my sportivo yesterday :D:D:D
And are you happy with the results.
Ie Sound, Looks and performance???
Post some clips when you get a chance.
-
On the contrary, Toyota Corolla Sportivo prices have stabilised. They seem to hover around $20k to $27k for good ones, only very early examples or people desperate to sell, do you see them fall below $20k.
When I was shopping for a car in Sept 05-Oct 05 I couldnt find any 2004 Facelift Stivo with 4000KM for
$20000.
4000Km to me is a brand new car.
Thats the reason why I say the price has come down.
-
whats this i keep reading around the site about a recall on the sportivo?
should i be concerned about this in regards to the car i am buying?
the thing is i am driving a fair way to check it out and possibly buy it, so i dont really want to drive 5 hours and not come back with a car, and i dare say the person i am looking at buying it off is going to know that too.
cheers for the help
Not an issue with the facelift sportivo I believe.. Late 2004-2005 models.
For the earlier models yes there were recalls but most guys are happy with the recall adjustment Toyota did.
Still a very reliable car.
-
I saw a late 2004 model 2 weeks ago 4000KM
$20500 private sale.
The prices of the sportivo are coming down.
Just need to hunt for them.
-

Also as Danz says " take your time be patient its not a race"
-
i've got a set of long red ones if u're interested :)
Any pics and how much you looking to sell them for?
-
I think the magnaflow will be better in performance but will be a pretty loud . I guess depends on which one you get.
The S12 is the oval shape twin loop and comes with a silencer. The barrel is smaller than the s10 so it is louder.
Depends what you want to achieve.
IMO if you choose a magnaflow muffler I'd get one with a big body. Xforce makes some straight through mufflers that are 6X10 in size. You get the straight through performance without all that drone.

An average stock 1zz is around 85 kw so with this thing on + 17Kw will give a 1zz 102KW more than the fly wheel of 100KW HAHA

Very Nice they 18inch GMAX rims right?
