Any brisvegas residents been to Blue Smoke BBQ restaurant? I think its just called Smoke now... Heading there tomorrow night hopefully for some ribs... any TOCAU reviews?
I have been there once under the recommendation from someone that they had great ribs. IMO, they weren't all as great as I was expecting. Could have been that I had set my standards too high, I dunno. Either way, they were good, but not great.
Oh, my standards are quite high too. Im a bit of a rib king, slow n low, apple and hickory wood 4 hour minimum style.. My webber sure does get a workout. Ill let you know how it goes. Apparently the staff there are useless...
