  1. Alright, so thisafternoon I created a workshop thread mainly to show how to replace the bulb in my driving light.

I had already discovered something that I wanted to fix up. When I have my driving lights on, they are uneven, one is projecting higher than the other.

After looking at both casings, I discovered that the right hand driving light had been smashed up, I then continued to look for damage, Only then did I notice that the number place was bent, and the front grill holder was also bent slightly, this leads to me thinking that this car was in an accident before I bought it. Anyway, I removed the casing to see if there was an adjustment knob for the light, I think there is but I just need your confirmation. Cheers.

  2. Okay, this is a guide for the AE112 driving lights, it demonstrates how to remove and replace the globe for the driving lights.

    STEP 1.

Remove the screw holding in the light

    STEP 2.

Pull the light casing towards you with moderate pressure.

    STEP 3.

Rest the light casing to stop the weight from tugging on the wires.

    STEP 4.

Unscrew the cap at the back, get a firm grip and turn counter clockwise.

    STEP 5.

Remove the white wire as this is connected to the bulb, the black wire is for the power source, no need to remove this.

    STEP 6.

Push down and then release the metal globe holder so that the globe can be removed.

    STEP 7.

Remove the globe, be carefull not to thouch the glass.

    STEP 8.

Put in the new globe and push down on the metal globe holder, it will click itself back into place.

    STEP 9.

Plug in the wire coming from the globe back into where the white wire originally was.

    STEP 10.

Screw the cap back on, Put the casing back in place, Screw back into holder.

Im noob at creating threads, so the photos will roughly be aligned with the steps. Ie, Photo 1- Step 1. Photo 2- Step 2.

    Hope you enjoy.

  3. Alright, first mod will be the front grill, I may need some assistance as this will be a D.I.Y job, unless anyone can find me the part number for the sportivo model?

  4. Well, you see im strapped for cash because I'm studying full time and cant see the time for work. At the end of this year, that shall all change. I look at RollaBoy's version of the AE112R and all I can say is WOW WOW WOW.
