Sounds like a plausible issue. If the lamp had a manufacturing defect (all it takes is the electrode gap to be slightly larger than it should), a large enough jolt (easy to happen while driving) can cause the arc to extinguish. Ever gone around kicking street lights? Same concept.

Okay after calling around doing some price hunting on the powerFC

Nengun ended up to being one of the cheapest for $1025.

I rang a few local stores and asked them and told them on the net i can pick it up for that price.

And one of those few people i spoke to said, When it gets delievered here, Custom's, Will charge something like 15% and 10% extra GST adding it up to about $1400.

I wanted to know is this a true fact?

And also does anyone know where i can get a PowerFC from at a cheaper price?

Much of the problem may be directly attributed to the battery. But there are other factors may need to take into account if you have a serious stereo. ie - What is the current draw on the vehicle electrical system to feed the stereo.

Let me know and I will try to work something out for you before you get a new battery. I am new to the club/forum but I work in the Auto Electrical industry and may be able to help

P/S I also am in Brisbane on the southside

Has anyone with a Sportivo had an issue with the CES piping tapping on the chassis, just before you hit the muffler? Any suggested solutions? I have already had different length hangars mentioned in my "Member Rides" thread, but do we have any other experiences or solutions?

yes i had this problem but took it back to them and they fixed it on the spot...

i came this close |-----| to getting the TE37's in bronze for my ride ...... then i opted for the TRD's.

Def the bronze is the perfect setup on the rolla.

DO IT. Thats what i want. you gonna buy them new??

i had a "hd exedy clutch" which i broke :( and they supplied me with a heaps better one last week. feels so much stonger. if you speak to doug tell him you were speaking to me (dylan) he should remeber me and say you want one with the "trd cover" cost about $480

Allready got coilovers even on the hardest setting still bottoms out on big bumps might just have to go a lil higher oh well

Can't you just go to the wreckers and find a facelift and grab the front fender liners?

really well ive already cut them off mehh had to do it.

so after a day at the track + ultra low ride height ive finally destroyed the inner front wheel guards. just the black plastic part. just wonder what are these call so when i ring toyota and ask them to fit new one i dont look like a D#%k. plus will raise it by 1/2 inch so doesnt scrape any more

just got my gearbox rebuilt. if the gear oil is red does that mean its autotrans oil? is that bad???

im looking for a full LSD gear box and a very good HD clucth. anyone selling let me know pls.
