hey dude! ive been in your situation before! what you do is... 1. get the rego number (number plates) 2. ask him for the vin number of the vechicle or just note it down when you go to check out the car, usually located on side door or somewhere under bonnet 3. go to vicroads and do a 'VIP' check this will tell you if the car was in an accident or if is has any financial debt .. along with how many owners this car has had! hope that helps .. oh yeah VIP checks will cost you $25 bux or something like that! its better than being stuck with someone elses debt! GOODLUCK with buying the car!

hey just a question, when you install the CAI. does it matter how far the pipe is inside the poddy?

Only way to get a TRD cold air intake is 2nd hand,, its no longer in production.. For the Sportivos the CES CAI is a good choice but expensive at $5XX . For other Corollas 2.5 - 2.75 inch pipe is sufficient . As for gains , there are many experts on this forum and there are also many with own opinions . Hey Rolla & Sao Boy, what cai do you current use for your 03 sportivo?
