yep it was me.! saw the camry and i was like... thats private number for sure!

did you ride in your coilovers? youre suppose to have the damper set on zero for about 1000km after that you play around with the settings, if not, you can cause them to leak and knock. you also have to avoid pot holes and major bumps in the road. they will cause damage to your coilovers

i recently brought te37, they were 4 x 100 which fit perfectly with my corolla 05 model. the problem started when i actually tired to fit them on.. (i dont know what the offset is), but it didnt fit. what happens is that the side of the spoke, grinds on the calipers. tired putting on 3mm wheel spacer, but there was still grinding. i was told to use hudcentric wheel spacers, my mate gave me a rough estimate that it was going to cost ~400 from america .. what other options do i have?

2 things happen to me today, that made me want to hit someone! 1) i was approaching a speed bump, so i slowed down and tried to angle it so that i dont scrape. This lancer behind, starts beeping and reving his engine. After this speed bump, was like 3 more speed bumps, so at the next one, he changes into the opposite lane and punches hard, making into the speed bump at around 40 - 50 km/h , the car just bounches like crazy. felt sorry for the car. so what ****** me off was, that the guy had no respect for his car and that he couldnt even wait an extra 10 secs for me to get over a speed bump... wheres the patients in people these days? 2) some guy indicated while his in he round about, look like he was going straight to me.. lucky i got fast reaction.! what are some of the things that p-i-s-s you off?

damn, are they hr h125 racing rims? spotted a black preface lift sportivo! drove passed it a couple of times. was just thinking. would it be worth it to buy a cai for 200-400, if it would be cheaper for a k&n filter with provides a little bit more power? even if its a slight gain of 4kw, its still a gain i guess. since were on this topic. if the air takes a long time to travel up the pipe, would having a 'whales *****' change that? (wouldit be like a storage kind of thing?)

i was a the car wash with a mate, when he opened up his bonnet of a sportivo, and i saw his standard air box but it had some part of its hose cut off. weird? i asked him, why not get cai intake? he said, his mate put on one and dyno'd his car. 'apparently', you lose power. WHAT THE!? i also asked them what fuel they were running at the time, and if they had any other mods mate #1: 04 stivo: standard box, with k&n filter and removed the 'restriction' in the piping ...dyno'd at 116 kw... with no additional mods (using bp 98) mate #2: 05 stivo: TRD cai, with k&n poddy, with no additional mods, dyno'd at 112 kw (using mobil 98) i know its not a big difference, but.. cai is not worth it? or it could be the petrol? is there something that mate #1 is hiding to get the additional power? i checked his car... looks all stock. (exhaust, headers.. etc!) What do you guys think? if you guys have dyno'd, list what mods you have (inc. brand) and we can compare... ive heard that its not always big money = big gain in power.

Who reckons we should at least do a monthly meet? Like the first Friday night of each month? At least we can get something happening a little more often.. im down for friday nights!
