transmission oil doesnt get dirty quickly like engine oil... it just there for lubication.. Thats why they dont change it for ages. Cause it takes a long time before it starts to go bad. If you gonna change it regularly you r wasting your money.

Just wandering if any guys here u have lowered there cars have noticed the the rear right hand side is always slightly lower? I know the fuel tank is there but i have compared to other sportivo and they dont really have this problem. Should i take it back to where i got it fitted or not worry about it?

the avg dyno with just a CAI is around 102.5 at the wheels for a stivo.

yeah i have had the same problem, in that for me it cut out at 6500 rpm on some straight drags. Happens on the rare drag to me. But all have happened when i have launched at 4000 rpm.

trust me i drive hard and dont wont fix the problem.

What i dont understand is why do half of the sportivo guys on here dont have the problem and the other half do have this problem?

yeah my new dealer has put a report into toyota Australia.... but by the time they do anything.. u never know.. if more of us complain or enlighten them with this problem the quicker it may get solved....

i have heard that optimax is only at 92 octane... well thats what me and peekay heard from a guy investigating it. (rememeber paul at autobarn)

no just unplug it... its a grey plug which plugs in to a grey socket thing... its under the airbox ontop of the transmittion <-- i think lol .

i drove it like that for a week.. its fine... but now i miss the beep.. so put it back on.

All u do is unplug the grey wire under the air intake. easy as that.

yeah front and back badges gold..... due to the fact i have gold rims and looks alot better. I just bought camary black badges from toyota around $27. Had some gold spary paint left over.. and sprayed em gold. Simple
