  1. Thanks guys, yeah Ill be runnin the same dimentions as the stock tyres
  2. Well, just breaking in the love for the 06 corolla. I know its bad for a stock corolla to do this, but oh well. It was a 1 off thing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?list=UUQDhhSGzUhqE4qIk-bjei6g&feature=player_detailpage&v=rBDDqhI5TUc#t=45s
  3. Nah its all good man, ive been hanging around too many agressive forums. *cough*SMD*cough* Anyways, the whole reason why I started this thread so people would give me a picture reference on how their car sits...
  4. Anyone know if you can get HID's with a greenish tinge? Ive seen them around, but ive also seen people put a green layer of transparent plastic over their headlights...
  5. Does it matter why I want to lower it? I mean, its my car man, not being rude, but do you really care? I'm asking for help, not to answer doubtful questions. Ill be rolling the guards and whatnot, and I dont really care if it rubs a little man, Thats something I'm willing to sacrifice. Its not a track car, so theres not gonna be alot of strain on the car, its a crusing car at that. Im not gonna flog it around.
  6. Im looking to have the rear tyre treads level with the guard and the front about 3-4cm from the guard :\ I'm not sure that would be low enough. Unless you have any pictures? Im not looking for performance, just looks, since it is only a corolla.
  7. Im considering the Super Lows, after more investigation on this site. King Springs Super Low Front: KTFL-105SL King Springs Super Low Rear: KTRL-106SL Would they fit my car? - lol sorry, I'm hopeless.
  8. Ok, Ive been looking around and have been to pedders, and they reckon Super Low's will be enough for a good look. Does anybody have any pictures/refrences of Super Lows on front and rear? And How much of a drop they give from factory? I would like to only be able to fit my fingers from my tyre and guard, but anything close would do. Some places reckon the Super Lows only drop 20-30ml, and some places say the SL's will give a 50-60ml Drop once worn in. Ive been told to grab SL's for the front, and SSL's for the rear, but Im not sure how that would look. Once again, If you have any pictures I can see to give me an idea, please pass them foward. :) That would probably be the highest I want it. And thats my prefered result. (I dont know what springs these cars used) Once again, thanks guys.
  9. Hey man. Any chance of an 06 Corolla Sedan box with this same idea? Ill gladly buy. Heck, If i could get one for either side, that would be mad.
  10. I know, I DID see the part on how you wanted genuine. Just providing answers.
  11. ello Davvy. I would suggest going non-genuine. More features and usually a tad cheaper. I have an 06 Ascent Sedan and have done the same thing. I take it your looking for a double-din headunit. http://shop.1wow.com.au/productcart/pc/KENWOOD-6-1-D-DIN-T-TFT-SCREEN-DVD-MP3-TUNER-50wX4-USB-AUX-IN-DivX-21p18516.htm ^ something like this, you would wanna look for. Or you can grab something cheaper, without touchscreen http://shop.1wow.com.au/productcart/pc/JVC-D-DIN-MP3-TUNER-50Wx4-5V-FRONT-AUX-IN-USB-1x-RCA-SWITCHABLE-EQ-REMOTE-21p10144.htm ^ like that. (also green ^^) Then you would wanna grab yourself some spacers for the side http://img503.imageshack.us/img503/3320/17102006ga0.jpg ^ exactly like that. You should be able to pick them up at the toyota site for about 15 bucks all up. 86221-52050 LH Side 86221-52060 RH Side <--- thats the part numbers. Hope this has helped. ^^
  12. Howdy. Ive got myself an 06 Corolla Ascent of my first car. (Yep, i'm 16 and on my L's) Ive done some work to the interior, nothing major, some neon's, sub and amp, mids/highs, headunit, ect. But im looking for some external mods. Body kit, exhaust/muffler, rims ect (also looking to lower it). But I cannot seem to find parts for my car anywhere! Its the Sedan version btw. (pic links below) Keep in mind, im still a student working part time. I cant buy the most expencive parts out there, but i sure can wait and save. - - -
