Better Built and Better Interior... since when does interior have anything to do with the thrashing of a engine and better built? We have a redline so we know where the limit of the engine is we do not have it so we can do 1mm away from the red... if u thrash ur car expect problems... in saying so if u drive ur car to how should i put it not over 2 grand per gear than u can expect problems too... it is fun trashing your car but with all seriousness you put sumthing under preasure constantly everthing has there breaking point.

It is hard being young and not trashing these cars... they have a little beast under the bonnet and it is fun to let it out but also you gotta think of the long term effects if not the short term... Be a ***** to your car but also give it some loving and it will know which way to swing haha

They were ****** off cuz the kids were being dicks cuz they were under age drinkers and stuff... i just wanted to make sure my bro was ok and he saw me as an easy target... i was telling him tat i didn't want trouble i just wanted to make sure my younger brother is ok... and he goes mate with a car like this ur going to get trouble...

Hey dudes and dudets..... Last night just went for a cruise with the boys some other young kids that i knew threw my brother were in a small party in a reserve... i stoped for about 10 mins... a high way partrol flys up behind me... tells me to pop my bonnet and that he is going to defect me for everything possible... i was pritty shocked it was like i just bloody bashed sumone... anyhow all i had modified was springs & exhaust.... i also did not have my licence so i got a $77 fine cuz i left it at a club the night before in the city and i did not have time or anything to get it back but the cop did not care at all... he also defected me for my fog lights... now the question i wanna know is WTF! i told the guy that this is how my car came out of production and he said mate if u read ur manual those fog lights can be turned off manually inside the car... i have a few weeks to rid of this problem but i am going to fight it becuase how many bloody cars have fog lights... i see SS commos with foggies all the time..

lol well not kick kick a$$ but i just want a few ideas on what people have known to looks good on sportivos... prefer 17inch too

Hey yal! I know this might need to be in the wheels section but i thought i might just ask here because i am going to buy some kick ***** rims with my tax cheque... stuff the rest... but i look at hot rims but sometimes even though they are hot they don't suit all cars... i was wondering if there is a way i can see what these look like. i was thinking i might try and photoshop them in on a pic of my car side on or sumthing.. cheers guys

Hey All.. Just decided to make another appearance haha... Just wanted to see if anyone had the same experence as me and all but i have noticed that my wheel hubs and rusting... once i wipe it off it has gone but i looks really ugly i was going to paint them to hide this but is it a hard job... i don't wanna start myself and stuff it up... got any advice?

Just thought i would start a topic just to have some fun... since i got this car it is hard not to just drive it like i am on a racing track and give it a bit lol... how much of you actually thrashed ur sportivo on a constant basis or do you just do it every now and then... Also how many of you actually put premium unleaded in your car... i always use BP unlimate in my car but do of any uz ignore and just use unleaded.. SPTIVO_LUVA

Yeah good i idea... before i put my car into a service i will take pictures with the dates on them and if it comes back any different they can call their lawyer. PS... sorry to open back up such a old topic haha just realised..

Hey All.. I have a nice Juicy tax return cheque that will allow me to stat moding straight away. Firstly:- * I have noticed that the front upper guard where the little Toyota sign is... has been replaced by people to nothing more than the same thing with the middle cut out and no Toyota sign... i am guessing you can fit them yourself... If this is true where can u purchase these items and how much would it cost me? On that note... also the eye lids too... Any other little Mods than u could share would be appriciate... since this car cost me a small fortune i do not have the money to go all out and make it bling bling... so little things that can make it hot would be great.. Thanks Guys... Any addition information on any of these would be greatly appriciate.

i would take it to a local mechanic and just ask them if he can have a quick check and get an opionon before u start changing stuff u might not need to change...

I brought my Sportivo for $24, 2003 model with 40,000 on the clock with the only modification was the sports springs... so i would ask for 24 and go now lower than 23...

Hey all.. This is a new post and kinda correspsonds with my previous one... i had a suggestion that my cannon exhuast could be making me loose power in my car... it just feels when i put my food down that the car is struggling because of the exhaust, just the sound kinda does not feel right... any suggestions to how i can tell if it is... thanks

When you mean knock the edge... how much do u mean... like a significant amount of is it stopping me reach certain peaks?
