Hi everyone, I have a 2000 Sportivo and it is missing the cooling duct to the ECU box. I believe a number of owners leave this off, but I would like opinions as to why we need to cool the ECU? By the way, the entry to the ECU box has been blocked off and the car runs really well. Regards. Bruce

Hi Guys, has anyone used reconditioned gas struts for the rear hatch on Gen7? I need to replace mine, but don't know if these are OK or I should go for new.

Brendon, I just joined here, any luck? What brand is the unit - I just fitted an Alpine in my Gen7 with a half height pocket under. If this helps,let me know - if anyone else is trying to fit an Alpiner, I can help with the wiring config.

Hi everyone, We live on the Gold Coast and I drive a 2000 (Gen7) Celica ZR Sportivo - red of course. I previously had a "normal" SX 2001, but there is no comparison. I am very interested to hear from anyone else with a Gen7 sportivo. I am looking forward to making some changes in the future - CAI etc., however, it goes very well as is.
