  5. I'll be there :), Going to bring my Corolla friends... Although, the red AE82 is down, and won't be back up... as is the red AE92 (Possibly got fixed today) And, the KE70 is finally complete with brand new 4AGE powerplant :)
  6. Actually, she was in her early/mid 30's by the look of it... She just did not give two craps about her, or other peoples cars... You know, until the person was watching the...
  7. Saw a woman today in Menai Carpark, too lazy to take her trolly over the opposite side of the lane to put it in the bay and instead tried to wiggle it between her late 90's commonwhore, and a BMW. She hit the BMW x4 times in the door with the trolley, then walked straight into it's mirror... Then to my horror, she started walking past my car with it, and I cleared my throat loudly to make my presence known, as soon as I did that, she had full control over the trolley and it wasn't near my car the whole way through... (The gap was even smaller than the BMW) I noted her number plate and got some photos with my phone as she opened her door into the recent model WRX on the other side, and reversed out. I put note on the BMW and the WRX with my email address and her number plate, since she had left x4 decent dents in the door, scratched the paint on the mirror and bent it completely backwards and put a further dent in the WRX. Both people emailed me and I have sent them photos of the Woman and her car, showing the license plate :) Hope she gets what's coming to her.
  8. I got some really nice ones on the Hunter Valley cruise looking through my mirror as cars passed, they looked cool :) Moving photos at night is a tad difficult, but not impossible :P Just be prepared for 1-2good shots out of 10-20 haha
  9. My pics from last meet... not the best but :/
  10. This is more of a "D-head driver on the road" video... but driving home tonight and I am almost side swipped leaving my girlfriends house... I was literally 30cm from driving off the road to avoid this guy... http://youtu.be/AhDnHtEu1FE
  11. I got a few pics... Not very good thanks to no tripod, Ill get them up when my internet is uncapped... (Max speed= 200kbps atm :/)
  12. I'm still in, hoping that another Celica from OzCelica is coming
  13. Should go on over to Olympic Park after the meet :D
  14. I would be worried about the adhesive, especially if it is some cheap product. Many adhesives can have acids or bases in the ingredients, and as we all should know, mix that with a scratch (say for instance through the paint), *could* lead to rust under the paint, which means that after a touch-up, the rust is there under the paint :/
  15. How would it last against weather? For instance: Where my house is, my car gets direct sunlight on it in the mid-late afternoon, will this UV and heat destroy the sticker? and will the adhesive cause further long-term damage?
  16. Well I had my Girlfriend and Autistic brother in the car with me... Along with the dash-cam and the damage on my car and his, he couldn't deny that he hit me... This was the damage to both cars: If you notice the small scratch at the rear of my wheel arch, that was damage that was already on the car when I bought it. They fixed it too :P
  17. Sub and box in the boot: With some nice US food there And my stealthy amp and wiring: And some Phone pics from today:
  18. I had a no-hoper reverse into my car in a parking lot the week before my HSC... He also reversed into my car as I was leaving my parking spot, I reversed out, stopped put the car into drive and saw him coming. Looked in front and a woman and child was walking, at that moment I knew I was hit :( The other driver jumps out of his car and yells "What the F**k are you doing you P plate c**t", and I replied with "I was stationary, and you hit me, My dash-cam proves that I was stationary when YOU hit me, and it now also has you abusing me." After he finally calmed a bit, he then asked me who's fault it was, I gave him the same "I was stationary when I got hit, look at the damage on my car, you can clearly see where you hit and then went up the side of my car. If I was moving, the damage would of bee along my panel, not up it." Funny thing was, he reversed into it in a Workshop car, since his car was being repaired >.< Fun trying to blame someone in this instant, the shop finally took responsibility on their insurance and my car was repaired... As luck would have it, that was the one panel on the car that was damaged, and it got repaired along with the dent... $2500 worth of dent removal, paint and labor.
  19. The only real performance gain in the Celica would be the 3S-GTE engine swap or 5S-FTE (5S-FE Turbo) Conversion. Both cost $$$$$ in Australia. As stated, a good high-flow exhaust and a decent air filter will help, but you will not notice any real improvement in daily driving. (I only noticed a small increase in responsiveness when I did my exhaust) You could also get some brand new spark plugs and wiring. New oil and filter, and so on.... A replacement of aging parts can make a world of difference...
  20. Scrapped the idea of putting the 17" wheels on my car because of the offset. So, the 5th gen will be completely stripped, sold and scrapped. I finally got around to putting the Cigarrette lighter hub into the car, It is permanantly wired behind the dashboard, and the GPS and CrashCam can now both be plugged in and I have 3 sockets left over. I also used a USB extension cable to put a USB charger into the car. When I get the time I will route the wire around the gear shift and Hand Brake and then into the centre console. That's where the usb port will be and the cable can simply be plugged into it :) I also got: The JDM pocket next to the cigarette lighter. Perfect phone holder. Big Thanks to timmyface from 6GC for sending it to me free of charge :)
