Climate Control Resets When Car is Started

I have exactly the same problem with a 2015 RAV4. The car has travelled very low kms and has just had the original factory battery replaced as RACV tested and advised that the battery was nearing end of life and that the low voltage may have caused this problem. However after change to a brand new battery, the same problem still exists as the post from Erebus. Does anyone know of a solution please? Kevin
