I'm not sure about improving comfort, but the guys in the States who lower their Camrys swear by the urethane ones because it stops the rear from sagging and prevent coil bind.

not really expensive anyways. just buy it :D

I see, been looking at this as the RAV4's stock suspension is pretty hard from new (No pun intended.), you could say that I'm growing old quick I guess. :p
