Suddenly there was

I did driver training at the Mt Cotton driver centre and let me tell you that was a bit of fun for drifting. Had a V8 VY commodore and also BA Falcon and we were learning how to counter steer when the rear wheels start sliding etc etc. It was a small track but no matter how hard we tried we couldn't keep sideways for the whole time along the straight they had. You could have absolutley no traction for the whole track but just couldn't make it for the straight :) I was on the track for 2 days straight and the only time i got scared was when one of the chicks were driving and she lost it coming up to the straight hehe After numerous 360's all I could see coming towards me in the passenger seat was trees Luckily we didn't hit them :)

Dammit I'm working this Saturday morning It would have been good to go along and meet you guys. Oh well always next time :)

Yeh my mate had an 88 seca a few years ago and it got to the stage where none of the windows could be opened. Slightly comical when going through a toll bridge and trying to chuck the money into the coin catcher by opening the door and leaning back :) . Not so comical on a hot summers day with no air-con in the car :( . No matter how many times my mate tried to glue the bottom of the windows back into the window winding bracket they kept falling out after a while. It was pretty annoying for him at the time.

Hi all. As they would say long time reader first time poster. I've had my red Stivo for a couple of months now and have just clocked over the 5k mark. And for all those Brisbane viewers Woodridge isn't that bad. I was posted at Logan Central Police Station for a while and one of my mates works at centerlink in Woodridge so between us we have probably seen most of what it has to offer. I'm also living here at the mo. So you'll never have any problems here just as long as you don't look at anybody for too long or carry anything around the streets that looks shiny or expensive :P Anyway thats my first post out of the way finally and I hope to get more invovled now.
