Thanks for the help guys, but my car isn't equipped with side airbags. I asked one of the techs at work about it, and he suggested i try to measure the resistance through the sensor, then make a bypass with a suitable resistor. I'll keep you all updated on how it turns out. :)

Hey all, I'm getting some aftermarket front seats soon and need to bypass the seat sensors. Does anyone know if there are any aftermarket adapters that can do this, or if there are any simple methods of bypassing the sensors so the airbag/srs light won't come on? Cheers. - Jesse :)

Hey all, As the title suggests i'm after a pair of genuine, good condition Bride Ergo II's. Must be black fabric, with or without center gradation, and without rails. Cheers, -Jesse. :)

If you're considering a 2AZ swap, then see if any wreckers have a Rukus available. It uses the E15 chassis, so the swap should be pretty straight forward. Although, if you want a manual gearbox you will need to source one from a Camry. :)

The shifter to suit the ZRE should be listed as "2009+" (the USA was wrapping up sales of the ZZE-13X Corolla in 2008). :)
