When you get a gear knob you have to be careful as many of these aftermarket ones will sit very high up and look wierd.
what about the TRD one u can get of eBay etc... is it much heavier?
i find alot of vibrations and noises seem to be coming from the gear knob area .... any one else find this?
whats the weight of the stock sportivo knob?
i have a 5spd TRD knob on my levin and it weighs very little but i like it better than the stock one, the tivo one i havent seen tho

New Corolla looks in my opinion like a ZZE122/3 facelift that's been put in the microwave and has started to melt
true that man the new ones look so tacky and so not hotter than the 03-05 models
and taking away the sportivo and givin eveyone the one option..... how bland and stupid by toyota.
the only thing going for it iss that is has 6 spd manual on all models. and speaking of the engine it looks as if the whole thing is made of plastic. shame really

ive been trying to fix some minor scratches in the body. problem is when i get the colour mixed it looks nuthing like my origional colour. the colour on the VIN plate is 8Q3 and it looks green and yet its a blue from factory, if anyone knows where i can get it almost looking stock. ive been countless times and spent hours trying to get the colour mixed and its driving me nuts

awsome work man
-
itll be really tacky man

i needed to it was just alot easier for me plus i did some respraying of my bumper aswell
but i did have the american TRD CAI cause it is slightly differant but does the same job
-
its not too hard at all. it took me 2.5 hours to put in the TRD CAI and it was easy as to put into place after unbolted everything that was needed. eg airbox. then just mounting it on to the engine bay and rewiring the MAF. u cant do it unless u take the front bumper off

we do condone speeding in a safe off street environment * wiggles pinky finger* eg on the track but speeding hardly gets u anywhere quicker especially on the sydney roads in the mornin so just enjoy the scenery

the 05 rolla is def the go less kms better lookin newer(hence less ware on all the parts) and just as good on the inside
