  2. you're not knocking the SV21 are you? That car was the bomb (lol; no jokes about it being a bomb). I drove one for 4 years before I got my Aurion. It had been in the family since 1991 and was an ex-government car as well. Never skipped a beat. I still miss it in a way. I have a green Aurion and i can stop looking at her, neither can everyone else????

    more power

Do that ... 1MZ-FE engine is light, economical and makes plenty of power. TRD supercharger takes around 4 hours to fit when doing it by yourself. Alex finding one would be HARD, Tony is the only guy here with the S/C! Im driving a rental camry 2008 model whyll my Aurion getting serviced, I find the Aurion is so much better.....I would look into buying a Aurion......
  4. Congrats on the new car. My previous car was a Liberty 3.0R spec B. Was a great car but you are not missing much. Aurion goes much better, in a straight line at least. :P IMHO I think the subies a build quality sheits all over toyotas. The and the design inside and out is just beautiful. I want the current Liberty GT Spec B wagon but cannot afford. Having said that the Aurion is awesome value for money. I would bye another Aurion anyday....Im trying to talk my wife into buying another Aurion.
  5. Must just be the white balance with the camera. Looks like you have HID's in there. Either way; looks nice. Super cheap has the new car fragrance...

    my new toy

Ive got the green as well and it is soooo nice, Im always getting people coming up to me and telling me its very nice... Good choice well done..
  7. I also get water marks under my doors else well? And the gear changes does take time to change? Are referring to the slow gear changes under operating temperature, such as when you put your foot down to make it drop a gear? In that case, that is part of the design of this car. I think it changes slower to give a smoother gear change, which I must admit is pretty damn smooth. I get the typical lag when dropping down a gear which from what i can tell is the ECU doing heaps of planning before doing significant acceleration... The lag I am referring to is between 1st and 2nd only when trying to accelerate quickly from slower speeds. It seems to take a good 2-3 seconds just to complete the shift between the two gears, but every other gear change after there is as smooth as silk :S Yes but i get it also at higher gears, Toyota has reassured its all about driving habits and the ECU learning from them, WIth petrol going up and up, i tend to drive granny style nowadays and get around 9.6ltrs/100 day to day driving... So I really notice it lag when i decide to give it a boot now and then. All good from the service and with the leafy rattle Melb City Toyota has requested the mod fix for it, and got confirmation by SMS thats its arrived in the dealer and want me to book a time for them to put it all under warranty of course. So why do i get water marks under my doors? Does anyone else get the marks?
