  1. Maybe you killed the battery listing to the music loud. Might be worth disconnecting the sub and amp. Did you get a voltage meter to check if the battery is working first?

You can try your chances with the NRMA road side assistance with getting them to fix itonce signed up tomorrow morning. But best thing to do is try to roll the car out onto the street with one or two mates pushing the car from behind whilst you steer. I'm sure if you ask the guys from the other apartments to help out they will if you shout them some beer. Might be a good idea to chat up one of the hot girls from the apartments to help you out as well. hing hint!!

....but i recon pushing the car on the road is the best thing to do first if the battery has no charge. At least that way you can get the guys at Toyota to fix the issue. I am sure they will have the answer...besides if they make mistakes they have to fix it whilst NRMA and an auto electrician and just run off and lie to you saying its something else.

Personally I would try to avoid those auto electricians. It might just be me...but when i had a faulty ballast on my HID kit i called an mobile auto electrician out in blacktown. the guy wanted to charge me $150 just to tell me the ballast is faulty and needed to buy a new one, which i could have figured out myself if i was a bit more patient in looking at it myself. Dont take it the wrong way...it was basically because i was on my P plates and younger at the time and the guy just wanted to try and rip me off.

be interested to know what the problem is

  2. just to throw in the idea...why not a supercharger?

it heard a TRD or blitz supercharger is a lot easier to install plus if you have more control on your acceleration over a turbo. One of the guys from this forum in brisbane has put a switch on his supercharger so it drives like a normal corolla and is fuel efficient when he just wants to do normal driving.

    just an idea

  3. I doubt it would be a rear wheel drive, seeing the history of Camrys, we will never see a 210kw rear wheel drive Aurion(camry everywhere else).

Anyway, please don't argue about RWD FWD. lol.

I really do hope they bring out a new Aurion. That means the current facelift ones will drop in price :yahoo:

FWIW, I would gladly forego an extra 10KW if it means squeezing an extra 50 - 100Nm of torque out of the engine..... that would be schweeeeeeet! :)

i am sure a custom tune or something is possible if money isnt a concern. But still even with the current aurion we got nothing to worry about, as the 210kw commodore is heavier...meaning its still aurion FTW. If a new model is released it would be funny if it turned me off the pre-face lift that i love.

  4. this may possibly happen sooner.

The reason why they might release the new aurion earlier is because of holdens 210kw engine. Plus the fact that toyota has experienced issues selling the facelift aurions. Most smart buyers are just buying the 2nd hand aurions because their cheaper and there practically the same car to the new aurions.

Hopefully Toyota releases an aurion with more power and better handling.....we can only dream until that happens.

Aloysius they might be releasing new deals out with more extras...who knows. But if you can get further info that is always helpful.
