hi guys. im a new member to TOCAU

i have a few questions i want to ask the Sportivo owners.

i have been wanting to get a pod filter for my car. i had a look at the standard air box, i was wondering if any one knows what the electrical plugs are for on the airbox?

if you put an air filter then the plugs will be missing?

what is it for?

thankls for the help!

Which plugs, there are 3. One is for the MAFS (the one on top). The other 2 I think have something to do with emissions.

One is to open the flap on the bottom of the airbox to let more air in.

so it wouldnt really matter if you chuck a universal pod filter on it.

the plugs will just go to no use then?

No. Check the photos in the workshop submission area under trd cai installation. It has photos on what can be removed.

I know the car can run without the orange plug at the front of the intake pipe. But you absolutely need the MAFS to drive.
