How do you remove the speakers in a 1993 ST184 Celica?

I have a 1993 ST184 Gen5 WRC Celica. From looking on the net I have worked out that my front speakers are a Toyota modifed 4" speaker (the modified size is called 4T), and my rear speakers are 5.25". What I don't know is how best to remove all the trims to get to the little buggers. The rear speakers in particular look like a lot of plastic is going to have to be removed. Has anyone done this before and can tell me which bits I do and do not need to remove? And are there any pitfalls I should be aware of?

Cheers guys, Paul.
