Bluetooth Question

If an incoming call comes up while there is a call in progress, the new call is automatically picked up and the original call placed on hold. Is this the car kit doing this or the phone setting? Can it be changed so you can either accept or reject the incoming call while another call is in progress?

Sounds like it is a phone function. All bluetooth phone device is merely a speaker and mic.

I will look at the phone set up first .... try call yourself in 2 different phone in your office and see if the same happens.

You may also wants to cancel the automatic pick up function.

It will be the head unit settings. Turn off auto answer and try it out. we have it set a 8secs but are not as popular so we dont normally get two calls at once..lol

Blackkluger is on the money - it's the auto-answer setting on the Kluger headunit. Press the green button, turn the left dial to select auto-answer and press to turn it off, OR if you want to use auto-answer you could always disable call-waiting on your handset?

I have the auto-answer switched off, and the bluetooth handsfree still keeps doing the same thing. Puts the existing party on hold and then rings until I either answer or disconnect the incoming caller. Most BT kits I've ever used simply display a visual notification and allow you to choose. Any other suggestions on how to fix this as I use call waiting quite a lot?
