Hi there. I'm a newbie to this forum.

At the moment i am working on a 86 sahara with a 12h-t engine.

Recently it started to loose water in to the oil. I removed the cylinder head

and had it pressure tested and crack tested but nothing was found and the gasket seem's fine.

I also removed the oil cooler and that seems fine. Is there any other way for this to occur.

The original owner put chemi weld. :(

Did you replace the headgasket? There aren't too many ways for this to happen. The main things

that can cause this are exactly what you mentioned. The only other way, which would be extremely unlikely,

is a crack between the oil and water galleries in the block. Unless the cylinder block deck is really uneven and the

gasket isn't thick enough to take up the uneveness. Goodluck

The head gasket will be replaced. I've still got it apart.

Just wanted to know if there is anything else i should look for while i've got it apart.
