'06 (05?) Conquest Sedan - Mods.

Hi all,

Well, we (she) have had this car for some time now since getting it brand new Very early in '06. Great little car, I have to admit and it has just confirmed everything I hear about Toyota reliability. Like i said, it's a conquest sedan and it has power windows, metalic paint, a spoiler (factory fit) and mags. Will dig up a photo if i can find one but it's nothing super fancy. about to do another road trip to Canberra soon (from Ballarat) so I'm thinking of stereos.

First thing is I want to put in a new stereo with iPod/iPhone connectivity or even just the AUX in unit from newer models. Any ideas there? options? can a newer stereo unit from a later model just 'bolt in'? is there some way i can get a wire and a plug to jimmy something up to the existing stereo?

Also, has anyone done mods to a sedan? just wondering what they'd look like lowered and what not.

You can do some mods to the sedan. here is my 2005 sedan

More can be seen in members rides etc.Stereo a double din can be easily be fitted to replace the factory you can upgrade the front speakers and it will sound great i have also added dynamat and a sub in the boot, a push start button,the list is long and can be seen in the registry. Also chek out the for sale section as there are aftermarket grills you can put on that look great . I have the c one on my sedan.
