G'day guys,

Just thought it would be good manners to introduce myself and my ride. I own a Toyota Corona RT142 wagon, had it for about a year now, after obtaining it off my brother. It's a been a bit of a project car for me and I am slowly getting it looking decent. I have pretty much turned it into an Avanti (even though there was no Avanti wagons), by scouring parts here and there from sedans, such as cruise control, instrument cluster, central locking, electric mirrors, bumber bars, seats, 4 wheel discs, etc etc. I love it... it's a torquey little motor, and is great on fuel, and not a bad size wagon too, and the rwd makes all the better. I'll post a picture up soon..

Things yet to do:

Paint job

Drivers side door hinges,

door rubbers,

Extractors and exhaust system

Love to be able to connect with other R142 owners out there, so we can share wisdom and ideas.

Cheers, BRAD.
