Well i don't think there is one....

but on the left of each topic you will see a folder.....if it is transparent as opposed to dark coloured...then it is a topic that you have read.

But Guni is smart so he already knows this!

Scroll to the very bottom of your page, look three lines up, then at the very right of the text in that line. Tell me what you see.

It's not an ideal location, but it does the trick.

Yeah I got all that.

I guess my tiff is the fact that when I click on latest post, everything still comes up!!!! The old one didn't use to. Logically speaking, if u've marked all boards/forums as read, then shouldn't unread forums only appear??

:(

Perhaps I'm too use to the old one.

Well maybe if the new forum layout had a 'View unread posts' button, then that would be right, but unfortunately I doesn't. It's called 'Active Posts' so they will always show regardless of read status. The best it does is get rid of that small box that shows before the thread title to indicate unread posts.

someone try this link and tell me if it works for you...

http://au.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/index.php?app=core&module=search&do=new_posts

you might have to mark the forums as read first, and then come back later on and click on this link... it SHOULD bring up all the new posts since your last visit... :)

You f***ing legend. I'm so bookmarking that link.

Edit: And I just noticed that you don't have to scroll to the end to mark it as read. There is a link in the red bar above where the posts go that says "Mark all items as read". Win.

Glad I could help you for once. Hahahaha

It's great saves me so much time at work. They throttle the internet back and it's painfully slow and this saves me from opening each and every section and taking half the day.
