Replacing the centre AC vents on a Gen 5 Celica

I bought a replacement ac vent/clock/hazard light console thing to replace the old one I have.

Unfortunately, I don't know how to remove the old one and install the new one. Can anyone help.

I've removed the old centre console. However, i need to remove the clock on the new one since the clock has a problem with the display.

Does anyone know how to remove it. It's held on with a screw and two clips. I've removed the screw, but the two clips are causing problems. They won't budge at all and I can't remove the clock as a result.

Edit: I've managed to remove it. I used a screwdriver to create enough room to pull the clip out. As someone once said, the simplest solution is always the right one.
