2012 Kluger radio into 2003 Rav4

I am looking at putting in a DigOptions Sat Nav system into my 2012 Kluger KX-R and I was wondering if anyone would know if the Kluger radio I take out will fit into my 2003 Rav4? I am hoping that Toyota use the same plugs and I will not have to change the harness.

Allright, it went into my RAV OK except ...... the antenna. In the Kluger there were two antenna cables, one that looks like a large Headphone Jack and another that looks the same but is smaller. The smaller cable was not connected to anything so I don't know what it can be but the larger one was connected to a sheath that ran into a white square adapter plug that also had a black wire attached to it (ground?). The adapter plugged into the back of the Kluger's radio. In the Rav there was only the large antenna jack that plugged straight into the Rav's radio.

I found the connector on Ebay so hopefully it will fit. This is what I needed:

Funnily enough the radio does work if I ram the Rav's antenna jack into the place where the white adapter plugs in, it just wont stay there (even with blu tak) :)

I sort of stumble upon the same issue, could you tell me under what description you found the adapter on eBay? I've digging in eBay to no avail yet. :(.

I have just bought the same plug and radio fitting it to a 2007 Kluger.

What do you connect the blue wire too??
