Weird thump noise?

Hey guys,

This noise has been happeneing for a while now, but recently its gotten to the point where I just want to smash it!

Anyways, whenever I go over a bump, turning into a drive way slowly, reversing etc the right drivers side makes a thump noise 80% of the time. I've looked at my coilover and doesnt look to be leaking as well as my cv joint. I thought it could be my wheel bearing? But I notice this had lost grease.

Looks to be part of the steering?

What do you guys think? Has anything like this happened to anyone here? Any help would be great!

Checked your sway bar link ball joints? If they're not tight then they'll make a clunking noise when going over un-even bumps (as you'll get if you're entering a driveway on an angle etc)

Yeah they seem to be tight. I'll have to double check to make sure it is. I'll have a look a bit later on and let you know.

You reckon I should replace that rubber seal that leaked grease?

Ok everything seems to be all tight every nut and bolt. I did however stiffen my coilovers to see if it made a difference, and it did in a way.

Up front is maxed out, rears are about 80-85%

I could hear the thump slightly but not as much as I did on my previous settings which was half/half. But ill see tomorrow if it get worse.

On the top strut? Yeah ill have a check because I remember playing around with them a while ago. Could be the reason why they make the noise. :(

I just tightened it a little didn't need much but still thumps abit man. Fml.

When I have time on Saturday ill try and switch coilovers around see if it is the coilover making the thump noise or not.
