Hi there guys,

Yep, i'm a newbie, alrightly then so I recently bought my first car, I obviously got a corolla as you can tell. I recently discovered that my passenger side headlight fogs up whenever it rains or I wash the car, so i need to replace the entire assembly, I understand that the entire front bumper needs to be removed so I was wondering exactly just how do I do that? Would anyone possibly have a step-by-step guide on how to remover the bumper? By the way, I have 2004 ascent hatch (face-lift) of South African build. Thanks :)

Did you get this sorted out? I found it a little odd that you would have to remove the bumperbar.

I other cars I've had that had this problems it's always been one of the seals around the light bulb that allowed fluids to get in...unless your headlight has a crack in it.

Just polish it from the outside with it still on will work wonders.

Otherwise source a cheapie replacement in good nick at a wreckers

not genuine but meh,

also yeah, you gotta take the bumper off. undo all the plastic screws from the hood, beneath the car and a screw each beside the front wheels. Only thing i can suggest is don't be scared to use a bit of muscle lol. after you get all the screws holding it in place it will still seem stuck. just rip it! lol
