i remember in the past they used to set the code to the last 4 digits of the VIN ..... so u could give that a try .... another alternative is to go see a toyota dealership

If The Vin Code idea doesn't work take it to a dealer. The radio needs to come out to reset it.. Happened to me and it cost me 30 minutes at the dealers and $40....Code is now left at 0000...Who's gonna steal a factory model!!!!
