oil in my coolant 94 camry

hi guys

my missus 94 camry 4 cylinder has oil in her coolant, and she is also losing coolant empty reservoir say once a month

also her temp gauge seems to never move. it rises up to halfway when car starts & justs sits there in the one spot the whole time?

anyway ive changed an intake manifold gasket on a VS commodore, but with the camry where do i start what could it be??

is it difficult changing the gasket?

do u know of any online manuals??

99% sure it is the head gasket. That is a big job to do correctly to prevent it leaking again.
