Sat Nav Over Ride

Recommended Posts

Hi All

New to the forum so I hope my question is OK to ask.

I have recently purchased a Camry 2010 Hybrid with the Sat nav included.

Im looking for a way to over ride it - I have seen some options on youtube but all seem USA and I can get it to work on my model -

Also I have managed to down load new maps and burn these to a DVD. Anyone got a link or idea how to get the disk working? Someone has mentioned taking out the car fuse to get it working but looking for more instructions than that.

I used to have a prius in Europe 2010 model and the system was way more advanced than the Camry. I used to blurtooh the iPhone and then the system would control the phone, even for audio playback (via bluetooh) this camry one is crap compared to the old prius - Not seen a Australian one to see if it is different.

Looks for ideas before I go and buy a tomtom.

Thanks
