Hi all. I've just bought a 2009 Camry Altise and, after having a hatch for a few years, I figured I should install some reversing sensors before I back into a pole or something.

I've tried this in the past with a Magna wagon and, after drilling the holes, found that there was a giant metal plate behind the rear bumper which made a simple job fair complex! Has anyone tried this install on the Camry? Is there plenty of space behind the rear bumper for the sensors to slip in? Where is the best place to run the wires into the boot?

I've read the "how to" for the Aurion here, however just want to confirm the Camry is at least similar.

Thanks!
