WTB Lowering springs / shocks 09 Camry Sportivo

I've read this posted around as well.. Do you know in more detail the available options? I'm looking for the most cost effective bang for my buck.. I don't have super deep pockets and I'm wondering what the alternatives are.

If people use shocks from other models of Toyota etc.. I have a mate that has a commodore on King springs and he was telling me he swapped out his shocks for a model of Holden ute because they were more fitting for the job.

So I'm curious if there is any hacks like that or if I'm just up for spending the cash on shocks like KYB and that's that.

If money is the issue, springs/shocks is probably the cheapest route for new components. You may be able to get cheaper stuff, but that is the combo I would personally go with having used them in the past.

I'm for sure going to use King Springs I just don't know about shocks.

Is there any you can recommend or is that something I can just ask Pedders about? I'd prefer to buy online and save that way then find someone to do the work though as I feel that will be cheaper, though I could be wrong.
