Hello everyone. I have a Camry Touring 2001 model. Recently the antitheft alarm started going off during the night, esp. on the colder nights. The problem was the driver's side door light switch. The way we found out is this. Sit in the driver's seat and lock all the doors. Then push slightly on the door; this will set off the alarm. It happens on colder nights when dew forms a bridge between contact and wire and sends current to the horn. Replacing the door light switch solved the problem. Cost $33 from Toyota.
