Looking to run a set of 33inch BFG KM2 mud terrains on my hilux Sr5 dual cab. Currently have 31st but now I have a 2 inch lift they look a little small. What do I need to do in order to fit a bigger & fatter tyre ?

I think there is some massaging of the inner guard required and some material may need to be removed. A mate of mine has done it, even on full lock, he still occasionally scrubs.

Others installed a 1-2inch body lift in addition to their current 2" suspension lift. In order to regain power and get good fuel mileage, you might need to re-gear also.
