Hi, Just wondering if anyone has ever done an engine swap in a Tarago for a 2.5/3lt turbo diesel? has it been done can it be done and what sort of cost could it incur? our 2012 tarago has done nearly 200,000km and is still in great condition but would love to change motor for a more economical engine.

not economic wise.  i know diesel is very economic for such heavy car.   besides, there is no such diesel option in estima.  so it will be very costly to replace as a whole pack.  consider hybrid? but a hybrid battery pack replacement is not cheap either.
