99 rav 4 lwb motor into a 95 swb rav four

Hi guys I've started some one else's job half way throught a motor and gear box swap half way through. Run into a few problems one is the replacement motor is out of a 1999 four door rav four the motor went into a 1995 2 door rav four.

 

First issue is on the main fuse box the 1999 motor has a 3 row plug & the two bolt in power leads.

 

The 1995 rav four has 2 row plug plus the two bolt in power leads.

 

Now the 95 rav had a dizzy & no ecu immobilizer no key reader.

 

The 99 rav has key reader could coil packs & ecu immobilizer.

 

Bare in mind the motor is already in. But I'm at cross roads either way is not cost effective but has to be done.

 

Any advice on converting 3 row plug to a 2 row plug and making the 1999 motor run in the 1995 swb.

 

Or convert the 1999 motor that's already in to the dizzy set up & swap out the complete motor wire harness & ignore the crank sensor.

 

Or swap out the complete dash & front wire looms for the 1995 rav to the 1999 rav & swap over head lights and cluster and soforth.

 

I was wondering if any one else has been here before & has any input into the situation that would be helpful & inspiring.

 

It is not my car just finishing a job some one else started & the owner is committed to getting it running & car has sentimental value.
