Ok another issue I was looking into the boot after being to the car wash with this new car and was placing the car jack tools into the proper places and my hand was wet from touching part of the car chassy and then I noticed The Lake under the spare wheel is this a common issue and were could it be leaking from the seals seem ok found no water there it might be coming from behind the plastic scuff panel.

Looks like I found out where the leaking is coming from.

Water has been leaking from the rear bumper screw points plastic gromits off to Repco for a silicon sealent to seal these leaks.

Did the sealant work and stop the leak?
