Hu All,

Just filled my new to me Hi Ace Camper and it took 55 litres, of petrol,   for about 307 km. Seems a tad high to me, but then...

This may be normal, so any comments, please.

This is very high (17.9 L/100km). My 2.7litre petrol Hiace (2017 model) uses between 11.5 to 12.5 L/100km on long distance runs. Sits best at about 90-95 km/h and guzzles the fuel at 110km/h. Fuel tank size is 70 litres, so I normally get 550-600km per tank.

Thanks for replying, Joe.

I think my driving style may be the problem, I tend to drive it like a sports car, rev the engine out before shifting, double D the clutch on downshifts, and other fancy stuff. I must remember that it is not my MGB.
