Hi,

I'm driving the 2017 AWD 2.8L and was wondering if it was possible to adjust the time that is on the ECU that is imparted with sequential gearbox.

I do use it very often as I am safety minded and prefer to shift down rather than sitting on my brakes when I have to decelerate.

Any app or windows programs that allows those types of tweaks?

In the event this already been discussed, I'm happy to follow a link and then do some reading on the thread.

Cheers

The safest way to downshift when going down hill is to use the gear shifter to select the appropriate gear for the conditions. No Automatic transmission will downshift when going down hill, unless it has a cruise control that will downshift if exceeding the set speed at zero accelerator pedal depression.

My 1996 Mercedes C250TD had such a cruise control and it worked well.
