Wiring and pinout diagrams

Hi! I am doing a head unit upgrade in my 2018 Hilux. I am upgrading from a factory 2018 head unit to a factory 2023 Hilux head unit. What I didn't realise before I started is that the plugs for both head units are different. From what I'm aware of, there is no such adapter harness so have to rewire existing wires to new plugs. I need the wiring / pinout diagrams for each of the plugs for the 2018 and 2023 head units so we put the correct wire into the right pinout. Does anyone have these diagrams. 

Just need them so I can reference the colour wire, which pin it is in the plug, and what its function is. Then I can match up on both diagrams and one by one rewire the correct wires into the right pinout in the 2023 plugs.

So, we have a quick change of plans... we are going to make an adapter harness to go between the two. Would still appreciate feedback on where to find wiring diagrams :)
