Sportivo Possibly Loosing Power

Recommended Posts

Hey all..

This is a new post and kinda correspsonds with my previous one... i had a suggestion that my cannon exhuast could be making me loose power in my car... it just feels when i put my food down that the car is struggling because of the exhaust, just the sound kinda does not feel right... any suggestions to how i can tell if it is...

thanks

is ur clutch slipping?

like the revs climb but ur not going anywhere?

how many km is the car? how much did u purchase it by the way?

im running a cannon, apexi n1, i did gain some power from it from my butt dyno, but if you have a decent branded cannon on your car you should be fine! what brand & type is it?

Yeah I just pm'd him man Lionel. Told him he's better of going N1 or Buddyclub Spec III (bb's garage yo) which are less restrictive.

Only you know how good the N1 is Lionel ;) All I hear is you raving about it.

It's not necessarily the restriction but more the lack of restriction to create a little bit of back pressure. Some of these outrageous cannons(not all but most) of some 3" to 4" diameter etc etc loose power hand over fist and more often than not make more"noise power" than actual power.
