GR Corolla GTS Issues
Anyone else with a GR Corolla having issues like these? Just had mine for 2 weeks from Somerton Park - Jarvis Toyota and having heaps of issues with the car unfortunately. Its booked in to be checked out tomorrow, but they were meant to test the car prior to delivery of the vehicle. The AWD issues seem to be common to the corolla when i do a quick google search? Issues with Nov 2022 GR Corolla GTS IMT not functioning after 30 minutes. Light is on but wont match revs on down shift. This is reproducible happens every single time imt is turned on. Some noise and thud/clunking can feel it occasionally when turning right. Changing gears the drivetrain makes a thud can feel a clunking sound. AWD system issues? Clutch to the floor and gears are crunching going into 2nd and 3rd was after driving for roughly 90 minutes first long drive Thursday. Has happened again since then. Pressing accelerator revs go up but no acceleration then feels spongy and not responsive? Even when presing accelerator harder no acceleration. Seems to occur when car is hot. Was told by sales android auto wireless will work. It will not work with my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra - fails to pair and start endlessly fails in a loop. Software latest version on my phone and have updated car via wifi with the October 24 updates. Could that have caused other issues the toyota update? Music stops playing when going over bumps or speed bumps - this is both annoying and dangerous to press start again when driving and not stationary, happens multiples times each day on commute to/from work… Adaptive cruise control brakes hard sometimes or basically comes to a crawl when there is a car next to you or a parked car or object even though you are 1m+ away from them with current trajectory of vehicle so no possible collision with the cars/objects. I don't like going from 60 to 30 for no real reason, this happens too often seems way over tuned for avoidance. Never experienced anything like this with Adaptive cruise control in my 2018 XT Forester. So far it seems like this car is a Lemon lol -

New Vehicle Key Remotes
I've had 2 services and still no 2nd key. Service has no idea and says talk to sales. You'd think they were separate entities. Its nows 14 mths and still nothing. On delivery they gave 12mths roadside assist. That's ok except i had 9ths left on my old car that got trasfered and couldn't be pro rated. They didn't extend roadside asist when there was still no sign of key. If I could get onto Toyota I would but like delivery times they push you onto the dealers.... hopeless!!! -

Help with Head unit Upgrade ?
Hello there, I have just purchased my first car, a used 2013 Corolla ZR Levin, wonderful machine !!!!!!! But the entertainment unit is a bit dated (see photos), i was interested in upgrading to something with Android auto (probably DIY). But i have no clue how to go about finding the perfect system that'll fit in the dash. Also, if there could be a USB-C connection that could be cleanly mounted into the blank spot next to the heated seat controls to run the unit directly from phone, is that at all possible? Can someone please provide some ideas as to how i might get this done, or if it is even possible............... Thanks fellas- corolla levin zr

2019 Kluger 2WD Transmission whine
update Peter Kittle diagnosed it as a Transaxle noise and they submitted an out of warranty claim. Toyota Aust honored the claim and replaced the transmission(transaxle assembly). My diagnostic fee was also refunded. Thankyou Liam at Peter Kittle for listening and responding to the issue. -

Part Wanted for 80, 100, 105 Series Landcruiser Spring Cap
Hi, I am trying to obtain the part pictured, it is called a Spring Cap and it is spot welded to the chassis, called either a Spring Cap or Rear Spring Bumper Unit, the bump stop attaches to it and you can see it neatly inside the rear spring, this can be left or right it has no orientation, I want to buy either new or used. I have tried on some other forums and also many, many wreckers, it is hard to get at so wreckers don't really want to get involved, I was offered one in an 80 series and I could take it out myself for $20.00, Bargain, but they would not allow me to put the wreck on its side to access it and after surveying the job decided I could not do it in the position it was in, is there anyone who wither has one, knows where I can get one or has useful information to help in me finding one, I am happy to pay postage or even drive a bit of distance to remove one from a chassis I can get at? any help appreciated. I am in North Lakes Qld, 35k North of Brisbane. Graeme power -

2016 Aurion Sportivo missing electric blind button
Hello everyone, Ive just bought a 2016 Aurion Sportivo and was wondering about the electric blind/sunshade button. The car seems to have the hardware for the blind itself (I think but I could be totally wrong) but the button is just missing, with a hole in its place. Does anyone know if it would be as simple as buying a replacement button? I’m not sure what the cabling for the button looks like so I can’t guarantee that the cables are there, though I would assume they are since it seems the actual blind hardware is there? Also, does anyone know what I should do with the other missing button (lane departure switch) hole. Any help would be appreciated -
