Hi,

I have been trying to figure out how the wireless doors is controlled in the car.

I have a Toyota Corolla 2002. Was made after Nov, so I think it is a 2003 model.

When poking around in the small tray beside the steering wheel. I found the module that hooks into the car doors etc.

It is called "Remote central Locking Module"

Part no:

PZQ71-12071

It seems this is the TVSS loom plug. From page 81 from the 2003-2004 manual cdrom pinned up here.

Which means there are flasher, door, int light, power, ing power all in one loom. There is also a Intergration relay part, three wires to from the module.

It also seems the Australia version is the only one setup like this. The non AU versions has wires to the ECU. I assume to disable the ecu as well. Seems AU model is a cheap implementation of this.

Ill get some pics up soonpost-1348-1132042651_thumb.jpg
