7.5'' may get scrubbing. search around i think someone put 7.5'' on. mines 7'' and they are fine. the 7'' also make the rim flush to the guards. Hang on, hang on, hang on....I assume the comment about the 7" rim being flush to the guards has respect to the offset? Because we must all remember that offset plays a huge part in whether the wheels are "flush" or not. With regards to scrubbing, lowering also has a significant effect... My research indicates that (in Australia at least) the Chrono 17s are 17x7", with a +37 offset. Tyre choice will depend on your original tyre size. Can you give us the low down on what your tyre placard says is the standard tyre size? On the Corolla Sportivo, standard diameter is 620, 205/40 is 595, 205/45 is 616, 215/40 is 605, 215/45 is 626. Adrian What do you guys mean by "flush"?? And wheels are 7.5" width with a 38 offset. I was leaning towards 215/40. overall diameter is not really my headache, because mostly I modify my car for the looks. Do you guys think it will scrub the fenders if i go with 17x7.5" ET38 wheels and 215/40 tires?
