How does engine mount affect axle tramp problem?

Calling all Brisbane members, as the Buddhamobile has found a buyer ( :( ), its time to arrange rego, etc. and I'm wondering if any of you can recommend a place to get the Safety Certificate done, pref. one that is open on Saturday mornings or is close to the CBD.

when you're trying to lauch or accelerate hard and one tyre is skipping on the road making a harsh thumping/knocking noise and movement through the car. I get this in my Golf GTI with worn shocks a lot, I even experienced it in my old SSS when it was brand new.

I also got it in my chaser at the drags when it had the old worn shocks in the rear and crappy tyres.

So one tyre is skipping and the other is gripping normal? or both tyre is skipping..??

Well, after the credits, that scene comes up but with Charles X's voice as the patient .. saying "Hello Moira" to the nurse ...

No..i missed that bit too..walked out as the credit rolled

so Charles transfer his mind into the empty husk/person he was talking to his students about..mm..interesting..

Over all, I think the movie has some decent action..but i didn't like the fact that they didn't stick to the comics. why did they kill off cyclops (or is he really dead)...and the phoneix is an alien entity..not an alternative persona of Gene.........

If there is an X4....it would be interesting to see how much further they r gonna deviate from the comic.......man......too bad rogue lost her powers.......rogue's power would've been excellent if they stuck to the comic.......

Yeh, I always liked the wolverine vs sabertooth saga. Couldn't believe how poorly they did sabertooth. I thought the whole thing with wolverine's memory loss and how he joined the x-men was done pretty accurately. He hates cyclops, he loves jean. Thumbs up for that. Rogue and logan? ok, dunno where that came from.

Was there even a Gambit in the comics? That might be why they originally left him out. Maybe there's too much backstory to throw him in? I've noticed that in the new x-men cartoons hes as a bad guy with magneto...

Oh well.. you can never expect movie to be exactly like the comic books or novels or whatever medium the originally story came from...something we fans just have to live with i guess.......

The battery in my rolla lasted over three years (we would never how much longer it will last since the car is gone now) and i was running 2 amps (powering 2 splits and 2 coaxial and a sub) and i had no problems with the bettery.

However a few years ago my friend brina's batter exploded as she tried to start up the car. The explosion damaged her radiator, which she found out after she got a new battery in and on her way home the car over heated.

so i guess, the moral of the story is to check your batteries regularly...

I agree...insurance. Only settle out side insursance if you think the other person is trustworthy. In your case, I don't think this person really care much about the damage he/she has done to your car. Did that person even say sorry??

Anyway, anything that is going over 5km/hr will do some damage to the corolla. Get a smash repairer to give u a quote. Show it to the guy. If he complains....get insurance to chase him up. Save yourself the hassle (if u pay for it to get fixed and have to wait for him to pay u back, he/she could just run and don't pay u at all).
