  1. hmm, not a big fan of the DTM or the Burnt Titanium. It just doesn't look right on a rolla Personally I would just go for the Dual stainless.
  2. Hi Aries, Nice ZRE mate. Noticed you got the Initial D wheels, I assume you sourced them from Ozzy Tyres? how much did they set you back mate? and how are they currently treating you?
  3. Just a quick update. My fogs lights arrived today :P It arrived damn quick! especially since it was shipped out from QLD. I will install the lights myself, but will get my mate's mechanic friend to do the wiring for the switch and etc.
  4. Some nice choices there mate. Personally I would probably go for either the Rolla or the Golf. However, have you considered the Lancer at all? I believe you can score a Lancer VR in manual for around 25k fairly easily. Also since your looking at the Yaris, the Mazda 2 or Suzuki Swift is also worth looking at.
  5. Damn Dutchie, thats one nice looking skirt mate. Sorta made me regret picking the sedan over the hatch.
  6. Oh thats awesome mate. I will probably give it a go myself before taking it an auto electrician.
  7. On the sedan you don't really need to remove the bumper to get to these screws, all that needs to be removed is the black plastic splash guard in front of the tyres to get to them. Thanks for the confirmation. I will go out a bit later to check it out, its so flapping hot at the moment.
  8. Yeah, I thought as much. Only if I can source an installation manual or guide some where, which I can provide them as well.
  9. That is a damn good price mate. I have rang a few auto electricians around my area and there was a massive price difference between quotes. The 3 quotes that I was given are: $120 $160 $200!! Regarding the last quote, the guy over the phone assume that he will need to take the front bumpers off completely. Can anyone confirm in regards to the ZRE Sedan or Hatch weather the front bumper needs to be taken off. Because from what I have been reading, the installation of fogs lights for the ZRE Sedan or Hatch does not require the removal of the front bumper, we will just need to pop out those black shrouds in the front and pop in the new shroud with the fog lights. Cheers
  10. Oh awesome. Out of interest, how much is he charging for the install?
  11. Oh cool, thanks for that. But in regards to the installation for the headlight and the push button switch itself, I assume any decent automotive mechanic should do the install ok? Or an Auto electrician be an better place to visit for the install? it doesn't really bother me if I have to pay 100 or 150 for the install, I just want it to be done right the first time lol. I guess I can try the install myself, but I just don't like the idea of splicing and pulling my 5 month old car myself :( Oh forgot to ask, is there a site where I can download an installation manual for the fog light install?
  12. Hey Guys, As I mentioned abit earlier, I just purchase my fog lights kits, and I am getting my friends mechanic mate to get them installed. But I was wondering, any decent mechanic should be able to install them without too much hassle right? Because I am just a little worried that they might do some half ***** job Btw, for anyone interested, I ordered these. http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...em=400104667035 Also, Master.Cuong and Shire.Zre has informed me that I will need Narva Relay for the install, but I assume the mechanic should have them at the garage anyway is that correct?
  13. Its quite nice. Quite like the Honda Mugen like spoiler, clear indicators and those stock wheels. The rear is not too bad, not my thing buts its ok. However the front is a hit and miss for me, may be a set of foggies will make it look better.
  14. Ordered my fog lights :P Getting my mates mechanic friend to install them :) so that should be sweet. But I would like to say a big thank you to Master.Cuong for offering to help me out :) Will be ordering the Spoiler in a few weeks time, still not too sure which one I want yet. But in the last few days, I have been looking into wheels a bit more, still unsure what suits my rolla and graphite. Bronze Wheel 5 Spoke gun metal. One of my favourite, along with the one from the opening post I know wheels are down to personal preference, so what do you guys think? Honestly, if I can't end up deciding, I might just go with the TRD wheels.
  15. Just saw these brake light overlay decal, might not be everyone's cup of tea, but I quite like the Corolla one. http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/showthread.php?t=331769 Unfortunately ebay don't have them <_< edit - Forgot to add the URL
  16. Definitely interested mate. But I will need a few days to think about it. Just out of interest, what wheels are you planning to replace them with?
  17. Hey Cuong, Damn I love those Kappa wheels mate. But I am currently in two minds, not too sure if I want the Kappa or the rims that I listed in my opening post. Shire.ZRE What I just noticed is that SSV is currently offering the same spoiler as talon, but they are also offering another spoiler which is abit different to the OEM spoiler, which looks a little meaner or fatter. What do you guys think? http://ssv.com.au/product.php?2410
  18. Oh awesome, thats good to know :) Also I have be meaning to ask you, where did you get your real spoiler and those conquest wheels from and how much did you pay for them? cause Talon Body Styling quoted me $396 for the rear spoiler primed, painted and fitted.
  19. lol, ah yeah I saw that. Are the 4300k halogen parkers any good compared to the Super bright T10 LED parkers? Cause if they are better than my current parkers, I might as well give them a go when I get my Crystal Vision. Nope, the LED parkers are MUCH brighter. I used the Phillips T10s that came with the bulbs for the number plate ;) I heard it was a pain in the butt to replace the rear number plate lights..... lol
  20. lol, ah yeah I saw that. Are the 4300k halogen parkers any good compared to the Super bright T10 LED parkers? Cause if they are better than my current parkers, I might as well give them a go when I get my Crystal Vision.
  21. Speaking about legality of lights. I was wondering is it legal to have both white bulbs (Philips Crystal vision) and White Super Bright T10 LED for parkers? cause a mate of mine claimed that its illegal to have both as white lights, can anyone confirm if this is the case?
  22. Just a quick update to my car. As I mentioned in another thread that I got my scuff plates done, well here are some pics :) Brand new Rolla/Mazda 3 Scuff plates Front Scuff plates Rear Scuff plates My car itself, stock as stock can be!
  23. Yeah they are a bit steep. Shire.ZRE, Did you ended up getting your kit? if so which one? I am still in two minds in regards to the Philips crystal vision, I have heard mixed review so far. some of said they are great and some says they are not as good as the stock bulbs. Can anyone confirm which is true? I don't really want to go HID.
  24. Lol, I just answered my own question. For anyone interested, Graphite grey and the American Magnetic grey are exactly the same, according to this post. http://au.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/inde...mode=linearplus and this website http://www.cardata.com/spoilers/Toyota_spo...la_spoilers.htm I think I might go ahead and order those spoilers, will mate to see if my mate wanna order his Mazda 3 lip off them as well to save some shipping cost. ;)
