yes, event meet is a simple thing to get started..
So I suggest, for the first few months, may be have few "merge meet" to know each other first
I doubt people will sign up by themselves in the first few months, but if the people can know each other first, then it is easier, at least some incentives

c-one wing tips, plus wing with LED outside.. that is very costy.. how much do they pay in total?

Change to use AD08 will improve the lap time by 3 seconds, changes to 18 wheel + wider tyre improved by another 0.2s
another important point, 17 has 4kg weight advantage.an 18 increase the weight by 8.8kg.. and 18kg still faster because of wider tyres
