  1. yes, event meet is a simple thing to get started..

    So I suggest, for the first few months, may be have few "merge meet" to know each other first

    I doubt people will sign up by themselves in the first few months, but if the people can know each other first, then it is easier, at least some incentives

  2. how much you are expecting, mine one is from Toyota Europe (geninue), 350 AUD brand new delivered from UK Fedex, unpainted

    drilling is not required in the menu, but I think you better drill to hold it properly
